Psyllium Husk

Backed by Dr. Katie Woodley

BENEFITS

Psyllium husk is a soluble fiber that supports healthy digestion by regulating stool consistency, helping both diarrhea and constipation. It absorbs water in the gut, forming a gel that soothes the intestinal lining and promotes regular bowel movements. Psyllium also feeds beneficial gut bacteria, supporting microbiome balance and short-chain fatty acid production for gut healing. It can assist with anal gland issues and mild detox by binding waste in the intestines. When used appropriately, it’s a gentle, effective tool to stabilize the gut and support overall digestive health.
